We are currently seeking to incorporate a Regional Delegate for the Basque Country into Enviser, a company belonging to the Urbaser Group. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Lead the company’s activities in the Basque Country, ensuring achievement of established operational, economic, and commercial objectives. * Manage the region’s profit-and-loss account, monitoring business indicators and promoting actions aimed at improving profitability. * Coordinate and support the delegation team, composed of professionals responsible for various contracts and activity areas. * Maintain ongoing dialogue with public administrations, official bodies, and strategic clients, strengthening institutional relationships and guaranteeing a high level of service. * Identify new business opportunities and collaborate in developing the company’s commercial strategy for the region. * Actively participate in preparing public tenders and bids, collaborating in defining technical and economic solutions. * Lead and supervise urban and environmental service contracts of varying complexity, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and established quality standards. * Monitor contract execution, safeguarding achievement of technical, economic, and customer satisfaction objectives. * Coordinate with various corporate departments to ensure efficient resource management and compliance with internal procedures. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing public services and contracts linked to public administration. * Experience managing profit-and-loss accounts, budget monitoring, and economic control of contracts. * Knowledge of the public procurement environment, tender processes, and institutional relations. * Ability to lead teams and simultaneously coordinate multiple contracts and clients. * Strategic mindset, commercial orientation, and ability to identify growth opportunities. * Bilingual proficiency in Basque and Spanish. **Mandatory.** * Willingness to travel throughout the Basque Country. **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract and career development plan. * Competitive financial compensation and flexible remuneration plan. * Hybrid working model and flexible working hours. * The opportunity to work and learn alongside industry-leading professionals in their fields. * The opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing sector: sustainability and waste management. **Who are we?** At Urbaser, we are one of the world’s leading providers of environmental solutions—a global company focused on enhancing the value of the planet’s resources to build a more sustainable future.
