Responsibilities include monitoring, cutting, and preparing meat products; checking expiration dates and meat condition; restocking display cases; preparing orders; and carrying out in-house production. The role also involves receiving goods, managing inventory, and providing direct customer service at the counter. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, with rotating shifts: morning shift (06:00–13:30) or afternoon shift (13:30–20:30).
