Lead and motivate the comprehensive gender violence intervention team in Baztan. Manage the team's administrative and labor coordination (e.g., vacations, schedules, personnel changes) and material resources. Supervise interventions to ensure a common methodology and confidentiality, and convey technical management guidelines. Channel team proposals and coordinate externally with social services, the INAI, law enforcement agencies, and courts through gender violence coordination meetings. Organize meetings, review reports, prepare summaries, conduct individualized supervision, and address urgent matters. Also guide social agents in the early detection of risks. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7.24 hours per day, predominantly in the morning.
