This is your opportunity! **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** After an initial adaptation and training period, some of your key responsibilities will include: * Supervising and coordinating vehicle testing protocols for assigned railway projects, aiming to minimize incidents and customer claims. * Resolving functional issues that may arise in some of our equipment and systems. To identify the root cause of such issues, you will frequently need to collaborate with other departments, suppliers, and experts worldwide. * Organizing the technical teams under your supervision. * Planning daily operations in alignment with established objectives regarding deadlines, safety, and service quality for customers. **What will make you succeed in this role?** * A degree in engineering. This is essential due to the high technical complexity of both the role and the product. Specialization in fields related to electricity, electronics, mechatronics, etc., will be highly valued, as such systems and equipment form a fundamental part of our vehicles. * Prior experience in roles related to test management, delivery, maintenance, and commissioning of complex equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
