We seek an experienced professional capable of leading management system projects, providing close and participatory support to organizations, implementing solutions aligned with regulatory requirements—but, above all, adapted to their reality—to deliver value, efficiency, and sustainable continuous improvement. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY LOOK LIKE?** **Design, plan, implement, and energize management systems:** * You will participate in designing proposals for implementing and improving management systems (e.g., quality, environment, occupational health and safety, or other standards), contributing your technical expertise and contextual understanding of each organization—and collaborating in presenting proposals when required. * You will implement and manage management systems using a practical and participatory approach, aligning regulatory requirements with the company’s actual situation and guiding every decision toward continuous improvement and value creation. * You will plan and organize your work to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables, coordinating with the team whenever projects are carried out jointly. **Support and consolidation of the system within the organization:** * You will maintain a close relationship with the client company, actively encouraging its engagement so the system becomes a genuine part of its daily management. * You will identify deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement, acting preventively and proposing adjustments to reinforce system effectiveness. * You will foster ongoing communication to ensure the system’s practical utility, evolution, and the organization’s sustained satisfaction. ### **MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, or a related Higher Vocational Training qualification focused on quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. * Over 5 years of experience performing the functions described above—specifically in implementing Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems—in consultancy and/or corporate settings. * Applied digital competence: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. **Preferred qualifications:** * Proficiency in spoken and written Basque (Euskera) ### **WHY WORK WITH US?** **What do we offer?** * **Flexibility:** Flexibility is one of WEGO’s core characteristics.
