Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and supervision of production activities in the metal sector. 2. Promotion of continuous improvement and process standardization (LEAN, 5S). 3. Development of team competencies and versatility. A leading industrial company located in Legazpi, a benchmark in the metal sector specializing in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of high-quality agricultural tools and solutions, is seeking to hire 2 supervisors to join its organization. Job Mission: To organize and supervise production activities under their responsibility, ensuring adherence to manufacturing schedules through optimal utilization of resources (personnel, machinery, and tooling), while guaranteeing product quality, plant safety, and team development. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate short- and medium-term production. * Supervise and organize the work of production teams. * Ensure achievement of service, quality, and efficiency targets. * Analyze KPIs and manage deviations through corrective actions. * Promote continuous improvement and process standardization (LEAN, 5S, daily management). * Ensure compliance with quality procedures, occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, and internal policies. * Coordinate with maintenance to ensure proper upkeep of facilities. * Foster team competency development and versatility.
