Position Summary: We are seeking a Direct Care Educator to support children, adolescents, and young people, fostering their development, emotional safety, and autonomy within an affective reference framework. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in the development of children, adolescents, and young people. 2. Creating an emotionally safe space and serving as an affective reference. 3. Promoting minors' personal and social autonomy. As a Direct Care Educator, you will accompany children, adolescents, and young people in their development within individualized educational programs, supported by the team. Intervention data is recorded in a daily log and shared during shift handovers. You will also safeguard minors both inside and outside the center, identifying their material and emotional needs to activate appropriate responses. You will serve as an affective reference, providing an emotionally safe space where minors feel validated and loved. You will model behavioral guidelines and socially integrative roles. The personal and social autonomy of those served is actively promoted. For foreign minors, language acquisition, administrative regularization, sociocommunity integration, and sociolaboral promotion are addressed. Additionally, you may be required to testify in judicial proceedings upon request by the Court, the Public Prosecutor's Office, or the Public Entity. **Working hours involve rotating shifts:** mornings, afternoons, weekday nights, weekend nights, or weekend days. Full-time schedule. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work.
