We are recruiting an **INDUSTRIAL IT SYSTEMS COORDINATOR** for **CINFA**, an industrial company in the **pharmaceutical sector.**
The role aims to drive the digital deployment of the Operations area and ensure excellence in industrial management systems.
**What will be your responsibilities?**
* Design, optimize, and maintain industrial IT systems.
* Lead the planning and execution of industrial IT projects, providing technical and financial oversight of external vendors.
* Coordinate the technical team, distributing workloads and prioritizing daily operational management.
* Define the technical and functional evolution of industrial systems based on deep knowledge of their architecture and programming.
* Promote technological innovation and propose improvement projects for industrial management systems.
* Ensure regulatory compliance (Quality Assurance) and proper documentation of industrial systems.

**What are we looking for in you?**
* Technical university degree (e.g., Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar). Additional training in industrial systems, MES, and project management is valued.
* Solid experience in managing complex **IT projects**, preferably in industrial environments.
* Extensive knowledge of **MES** systems.
* Strong capability for in-depth technical analysis of infrastructures and software development.
* Competencies: Teamwork skills, conflict resolution, analytical view of quality indicators, and results orientation.
