




The Alda Hotels chain, originating from Santiago de Compostela and with more than 80 accommodations across northern Spain, is seeking a "Receptionist" for its hotel "ALDA Centro Pamplona." In this position, the following responsibilities will be carried out: Reporting to the Regional Manager of their area of responsibility, the candidate will manage: direct reservations and those through operators, check-in and check-out procedures, continuous information and guest assistance during their stay, as well as direct payment collection from guests or according to the payment models specified by each operator. **Responsibilities:** \- Provide all types of assistance and information to accommodation guests. \- Perform *check-in* and *check-out* procedures for guests. \- Provide comprehensive information regarding the accommodation. \- Maintain incident control: record incidents and prioritize them for resolution. \- Handle complaints and claims. \- Manage administrative and computer tasks: monitor room availability, reservations, and arrival forecasts. \- Actively participate in maintenance, cleaning, laundry control tasks, as well as breakfast services if applicable. \- Daily cash closing and safe cash control. **Required Skills:** \- Digital competencies: ability to quickly learn new tools \- Customer service, appropriate communication skills for effective front desk guest interaction \- Adaptability \- Sales skills \- Organizational ability \- Languages \- Problem-solving attitude **Minimum Requirements:** \- Communication: adequate communication skills for effective front desk guest service \- Teamwork and conflict management \- Frustration tolerance \- Organizational ability \- 1 to 2 years of experience \- Vocational training degree in Hospitality and Tourism **At Alda, we promote inclusion initiatives; therefore, we value and consider candidates with disabilities throughout all processes.
