Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the educational team in guiding and accompanying children, girls, and adolescents, ensuring their development and adherence to coexistence rules within a stable environment. Actively participates in personal and educational development. We are looking for a person to perform support and guidance duties in Pamplona. The work involves assisting the educational team in implementing each child’s, girl’s, or adolescent’s individual plan, accompanying them in their daily activities, and guiding them toward achieving their personal goals. In addition, close collaboration is required in monitoring day-to-day activities, ensuring appropriate compliance with coexistence rules and the center’s internal regulations. This position is carried out under a full-time contract with rotating shifts, including nights during weekdays and weekends.
