Published on 09/16/2025 Published on 09/16/2025 **Mission** ----------- #### **Join the TIGLOO team as a Junior Cybersecurity Technician!** We are looking for our next **Junior Cybersecurity Technician** to join the Cybersecurity department at our workplace in **Donostia** (Guipúzcoa). You will become part of a specialized team, working in a dynamic and multi-client environment, where your mission will be to ensure digital protection and strengthen our clients' trust through effective and customized solutions. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Respond to cybersecurity incidents reported through various channels. * Document, prioritize, and categorize incidents according to the area of specialization. * Monitor cybersecurity events and incidents, efficiently managing and escalating tickets. * Install, configure, and set up SIEM tools. * Analyze alerts generated by SIEM: identify false positives, prioritize, and categorize events. * Diagnose remediation plans, communicate with the client, and coordinate with the operations team. * Prepare and present periodic reports with detected findings and cybersecurity improvement proposals for clients. **What do we consider necessary?** * Training in Network Computer Systems Administration (ASIR) or similar. * At least 2 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Support Technician in multi-client environments. * Knowledge and experience with security monitoring tools, ethical hacking. * Knowledge/experience with Networking, Firewalls, EDR, Microsoft 365\. **It's a plus if you have...** * Intermediate level of English. * Specific training in Cybersecurity. * Experience with Active Directory. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite full-time contract on a project with great future potential, within a dynamic and growing environment. * Competitive salary package tailored to your experience. * Continuous training and a professional development plan aligned with your goals.
