Keep reading!** Your main mission as a **Quality Technician** will be to act as the link between the OEM/Tier1, TRIGO, and suppliers, ensuring continuous feedback regarding the project. **The challenges you will face:** * You will establish corrective and containment actions to guarantee the group's quality standards. * You will coordinate the problem-solving process with the client and affected internal departments using quality tools such as 8D, 5W, and others. * You will serve as the link between the OEM/Tier1, TRIGO, and suppliers, ensuring communication and process progress. * You will manage supplier non-conformities through root cause analysis and other quality methodologies. * You will monitor the quality plan – DFMEA/PFMEA. * You will follow up on customer requirements, producing periodic reports and ensuring project quality. **What will make you succeed in this project?** * An educational background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar, which will help you understand the industrial environment we operate in. * Knowledge of quality tools such as (8D, 5W, PPAP, FMEA…), as these will be part of your daily work. High level of English, as communication with suppliers will be international. * **We share key project information with you!** You'll work in an INTERNATIONAL environment! You’ll have direct contact with suppliers outside Spain, and speaking ENGLISH will take up 80% of your time. We offer an incentive plan for every new contract promoted and consolidated!
