Responsibilities: * Related to IT Process Management: * Maintenance and development of IT processes, fully aligned with ITIL v.4. * Document, optimize, and monitor key new processes within the IT department. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Demand Management team, Infrastructure, ERP, Digital Solutions, Applications, etc.) to ensure proper process governance. * Use the corporate tool (BIC) to document and publish processes. * Drive continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives, as well as monitor compliance through KPIs. * Related to Communication Improvement: * Design and execute an internal and external communication strategy for the IT department, with the following objectives: o Create clear and engaging content about the processes, projects, and results of the IT department. o Facilitate understanding of IT across other areas of the company. o Promote a process-oriented culture within the IT team.
