Description
Personnel are required at the Noáin (Navarra) plant for tasks involving garment inspection, labeling, and classification, as well as operation of industrial laundry machinery. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying new garments, assigning correct labels, and maintaining an up-to-date database. Garments must also be sorted by type and customer, washing tunnels and washing machines loaded according to established parameters, and participation in ironing, folding, and packaging—ensuring quality standards are met. Rejected items are monitored, and customer changes are carried out when necessary, all in accordance with the occupational risk prevention plan.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment are required. Close cooperation with other operators is essential to ensure textile process efficiency. The position requires willingness to learn and adapt to various operational phases. Working hours follow a rotating shift schedule, with a permanent contract. Continuous training is provided; prior experience in industrial laundry is valued but not mandatory.
At least six months’ prior experience in laundry-related tasks or a similar role. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Attention to detail and capacity to follow precise instructions. Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Basic computer skills for database management. Good physical condition to handle loads and stand for extended periods. Commitment to occupational safety and hygiene standards. Training in occupational risk prevention is considered an advantage.
