Job Summary: We are seeking a Tanning Technician to plan and coordinate production, supervise liming and tanning processes, and ensure quality assurance in the factory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality assurance across all phases We seek a Tanning Technician with technical responsibility and factory coordination duties to plan production, supervise liming and tanning processes, and ensure quality at all stages. Technical tasks specific to the liming and tanning process, process monitoring and control, and technical support within the area. * 3 years of experience. Experience in production planning and coordination in tanneries, drum control, formula tracking (liming and tanning), and quality supervision across all phases. * BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR ENGINEERING DEGREE * English (Advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Daily production planning and organization. Team management and coordination (supervision of operators). Applied chemistry knowledge for industrial processes (handling and preparation of formulations). Incident resolution and technical decision-making in a production environment. Communication with customers and suppliers. Chemical formulation applied to products/processes (preparation and adjustment of formulas). Quality control across all stages of the production process. Procurement and chemical inventory management (stock records, consumption tracking). Basic use of computer tools (Excel/ERP or similar) for production orders and recordkeeping. * Willingness to travel * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2300' to '2900' * Additional information of interest: The job involves rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
