Continuous training and access to top-tier tools and methodologies. **Description:** ---------------- We are seeking an **HSE Coordinator \- Health, Safety, and Environment** \- for **Hydro (https://www.hydro.com/es/es/)**, a multinational with nearly 30\.000 employees worldwide, located in **Irurtzun (Navarra)**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Ensure compliance with current regulations on safety, health, environment, and energy, proposing solutions for their proper implementation at the plant. * Coordinate relations with the External Prevention Service (SPA): health surveillance, risk assessments, hygiene assessments, contaminant evaluations, and the Prevention Plan. * Maintain and improve management systems according to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001\. * Coordinate internal audits, emergency drills, regulatory inspections, and actions derived from the Prevention Plan. * Manage the plant’s incident management system (IMS), leading the analysis and investigation of accidents, serious incidents, and hazardous situations. * Coordinate the updating of machine safety documentation and records. * Manage environmental controls, waste, safety data sheets, and related documentation for the area. * Collaborate with various plant departments in developing safe work instructions and preventive measures. * Promote HSE training initiatives for both internal staff and subcontractors. * Prepare reports for the Hydro Group and/or competent authorities. * Participate in regional and corporate HSE initiatives and decision-making. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment with a solid industrial multinational and an internationally recognized leader. * A role with real impact at the plant, offering autonomy and the ability to drive improvements and a preventive culture. * Participation in international projects and collaboration with HSE teams across Southern Europe and the Hydro Group. * A technical, dynamic, and multidisciplinary work environment. * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.
