You will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and work plan for each product. Your primary responsibility will cover end-to-end product lifecycle management—from inception to value delivery. This means organizing the backlog, maintaining up-to-date requirement lists, and ensuring development teams deliver against defined goals. You will serve as the critical liaison between various business units and technical teams, fostering clear communication so all stakeholders collaborate effectively toward success. You will also gather user feedback and translate it into actionable, developer-friendly guidance. You will define metrics to measure product performance and steer continuous improvement. We seek someone capable of analyzing information, making data-informed decisions, and keeping customer needs at the center. A university degree in fields such as Computer Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or related disciplines is required, along with at least two years of demonstrable experience in product requirement definition and prioritization. Proven experience working with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and participation in successful digital product launches is essential. Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, as well as a basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate leadership capabilities, autonomy, a clear strategic vision, and outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Data analysis proficiency, decision-making ability, effective teamwork, and a firm commitment to continuous learning are essential for this role.
