The mission of this position is to ensure production continuity by anticipating potential failures through preventive and predictive maintenance. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and automation faults, as well as inspecting equipment condition and complying with quality and environmental standards. This role directly contributes to plant efficiency and sustainability. A solid technical background in electromechanical maintenance is valued, along with experience in industrial environments—preferably in the automotive industry—and diagnostic capability in automation, including knowledge of PLCs (TIA Portal) or automated systems. Familiarity with industrial robotics (ABB) and pneumatics (Festo), as well as a mindset oriented toward order, safety, and continuous improvement—such as through 5S methodologies—is also appreciated. Technical training in electromechanical maintenance. Industrial experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Diagnostic capability in automation (PLCs TIA Portal). Knowledge of industrial robotics (ABB). Familiarity with pneumatics (Festo). Mindset focused on order, safety, and continuous improvement.
