A project with real impact on production optimization. **Production and Continuous Improvement Manager (Workshop Management)** =================================================================== We are seeking a candidate to assume the role of Production and Continuous Improvement Manager within a company operating in the ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy sector. We are looking for a professional with experience in sheet metal fabrication and/or machining. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Management and coordination of **daily workshop production**, ensuring adherence to production planning. * Analysis of production processes, identification of **inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities**. * Definition and implementation of **work standards and production methods** on the shop floor. * Promotion of a **continuous improvement culture**, focused on flow, time, and resource efficiency. * **Direct leadership of the operator team**: shift scheduling, task allocation, and resource management. * Monitoring production progress and resolving issues affecting deadlines or quality. * Coordination with **Technical Office, Purchasing, and Quality departments**. * Supervision of workplace order, cleanliness, and maintenance of machinery and facilities. ### **Candidate Profile:** * Experience in **productive industrial environments**, including **direct workshop management**. * Practical knowledge of **manufacturing processes** and shop-floor application of continuous improvement methodologies. * Ability to exercise **operational leadership** and make timely decisions in production environments. * Results-oriented profile with a **holistic view of the production process** and strong presence on the shop floor. * Education: **Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) or Technical Engineering degree** (Industrial Organization, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields).
