Position Summary: Residential renovation site coordinator, managing projects from inception to closure, including planning, material management, team coordination, and schedule supervision. Schedule supervision and compliance with safety regulations Responsible for coordinating all tasks in residential renovation projects, from initial project development through to project closure. This includes planning the sequence of work, managing required materials, and coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure progress aligns with the plan. Also supervises adherence to schedules, controls tools and resources, verifies compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations, reports any incidents to the responsible person, and prepares simple progress reports. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30. **Professional Experience:** 3 to 5 years of experience **Education:** Minimum vocational training (FP) at intermediate level in construction, maintenance, civil engineering, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in construction sites or team coordination. * Basic knowledge of construction site operations. * Organized, responsible individual with strong teamwork skills. * Basic proficiency in computer tools.
