For this reason, we are seeking **A MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CONSULTANT.** ### **POSITION DESCRIPTION \+ RESPONSIBILITIES** Are you motivated by challenges and do you enjoy accompanying organizations in the participatory implementation of practical, applicable management systems—aligned with regulatory requirements, yet above all adapted to their specific reality—empowering them to lead change themselves and generate sustainable improvement and value? We seek a candidate with a strong track record and experience to lead management systems projects, providing close, participatory support to organizations—implementing solutions aligned with regulatory standards, yet primarily tailored to their reality—to deliver value, efficiency, and sustainable continuous improvement. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?** **Design, plan, implement, and energize management systems:** * You will participate in designing proposals for implementing and improving management systems (e.g., quality, environment, occupational health and safety, or other standards), contributing your technical expertise and contextual understanding of each organization—and collaborating on presentations when required. * You will implement and manage management systems using a practical, participatory approach—aligning regulatory requirements with the company’s actual context—and guiding every decision toward continuous improvement and value generation. * You will plan and organize your work to meet deadlines, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating with the team when projects are executed jointly. **Accompany and consolidate the system within the organization:** * You will maintain a close relationship with the client company, encouraging active involvement so the system becomes an integral part of its daily management. * You will identify deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement—acting preventively and proposing adjustments that reinforce the system’s effectiveness. * You will foster ongoing communication to ensure the system remains practically useful, continues evolving, and sustains the organization’s satisfaction. ### **MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, or a related Higher Degree program focused on quality, environment, and Occupational Health and Safety. * Over 5 years’ experience performing the functions described above—specifically in implementing Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems—in consultancy and/or corporate settings. * Applied digital competence: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. **Preferred qualifications:** * Proficiency in spoken and written Basque (Euskera) ### **WHY WORK WITH US?** **What do we offer?** * **Flexibility:** Flexibility is one of WEGO’s defining traits.
