We are looking for a plastic extrusion operator — someone eager to join an energetic and committed team. This position includes a rotating 5th shift schedule, meaning you will work for 7 consecutive days, alternating between morning, afternoon, and night shifts, followed by 4 or 5 consecutive days off. It is a full-time position offering a competitive remuneration of €22.25 gross per hour. The initial contract will be through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), but there is a real possibility of transitioning to direct employment with the company after one year. Main responsibilities include moving plastic material from the injection machine, changing spools on that machine, and transporting finished products to the loading and unloading area. * Experience operating a forklift. * Valid forklift operator license. * Personal vehicle. * Availability for immediate start. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an operator in any sector, preferably in plastics. * Availability to work the 5th shift (7 consecutive workdays rotating among Morning, Afternoon, and Night \+ 4/5 consecutive days off).
