Main responsibilities include: Customer service for managing pickup orders. Monitoring dispatch status and departures to meet established deadlines, in coordination with HUBs and designated partners. Opening files for subsequent invoicing. Shipment tracking. Preparation and management of documentation. Resolution of traffic incidents.
