A dynamic professional environment offering challenges and development opportunities. **Do you want to develop your professional career with a leading urban transport company?** Would you like to be part of a solid, motivating, and continuously evolving project within a major corporate group? **At TCC Pamplona**, a company specializing in urban public transport and integrated into the **Moventia Group**, the national leader in mobility, **we are looking to hire an Assistant to Management** to strengthen our team in **Pamplona**. **ASSISTANT TO MANAGEMENT** Reporting directly to the company’s Management, this person will be responsible at the territorial base for all core management, coordination, and support processes—both for managing the traffic, workshop, and quality departments, and for coordinating occupational health and safety at the base. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Collaborate in monitoring the company’s quality policy, coordinating with the Quality Department head. * Work closely with the Traffic Manager to ensure proper service operation. * Coordinate with the Workshop Manager to guarantee smooth workshop operations and oversee budget execution. * Manage and respond to daily operational incidents. * Maintain relations with municipal councils, institutions, and transport authorities, acting as liaison when required. * Attend Workers’ Committee meetings and participate in negotiations alongside the Human Resources Manager. * Support the development and implementation of initiatives, actions, and proposals driven by corporate managers across their respective companies. * Coordinate with the Operations Planning Department for possible route adaptation and optimization. * Conduct analysis and monitoring of KPIs, operational performance analysis, and budgetary control. **What do we require from you?** * University degree (preferably in Engineering). * Minimum two years’ experience in coordination and cross-functional management roles (e.g., quality, HR, operations). * Experience in the transport sector or in managing relationships with public administrations will be valued. * Organized, results-oriented individual; strong teamwork skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; high organizational and structural capacity. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and Microsoft Office suite. **What do we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract within a reference, consolidated project offering clear development and growth prospects. * Option to participate in a flexible compensation plan: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, etc. * Internal training on transport regulations and other platforms. * A dynamic professional environment featuring constant challenges and real development opportunities. * Attractive salary with performance-based progression and enhancements.
