Through a clear three-year strategic plan, process-oriented work, multidisciplinary teams, and continuous employee development. **What We Offer** ---------------- * An indefinite-term contract with a fast-growing company offering long-term prospects. * Personal and professional development within a young and experienced team. * Work-life balance and flexibility across many areas as a corporate policy. * Development interviews to provide continuous feedback. **What We Require** ------------------- MISSION: I ensure the optimal transformation of assemblies according to safety, quality, service, and performance principles and instructions, achieving maximum efficiency to maintain orderly production and thereby supply the industrial market with electromechanical solutions for each sector. * Robotic welding. * Manual TIG welding: I position and secure parts to be welded onto the corresponding fixtures associated with manual welding workbenches. * I ensure welding is performed according to parameters specified in the applicable process instruction. * I remove manually welded parts. * I perform quality checks on welded parts. * I remove spatter using manual tools: hammer, chisel, or electric grinders. * If using the welding robot, I position and secure parts to be welded onto the corresponding fixtures associated with either manual welding workbenches or the welding robot, then activate the robot according to parameters specified in the applicable process instruction. * I take responsibility for replacing welding gas cylinders: collecting used ones and placing them in the storage area. * During manufacturing, I clean the welding area: removing spatter, cleaning fixtures, etc., using compressed air and manual tools such as brushes and cloths. * I package products, typically onto trolleys, stands, or crates, for subsequent manufacturing stages. **What Other Skills and Competencies Are Required?** * Blueprint interpretation * Minimum computer literacy (end-user level) * Desirable: Up-to-date training in forklift trucks and overhead cranes (non-powered) **JOIN A GREAT FAMILY.** ------------------------------------ AGUI comprises a large team of highly qualified professionals with extensive sector experience.
