If you are one of them, familiar with rapid-growth models, have retail experience, thrive on challenges, and seek a transformative opportunity — **apply to this role!** **The Challenge** We are looking for a **Store Team Leader**, energetic, visionary, and leadership-driven, to lead management and growth across our stores in Barakaldo and become part of this new expansion phase. You will lead teams, optimize performance, and contribute to the success of a multi-million-euro revenue store within a dynamic, international, and continuously evolving environment. **What You’ll Do** * Guide and train employees on how to carry out all activities according to required standards. * Ensure the processing area is organized per BSP and that products are ready for the sales floor before being moved out. * Support scheduling and shift planning as needed. * Promote “variety and rotation” by prioritizing new products in featured areas. * Ensure the checkout area is organized and restocked per BSP. * Efficiently manage queues and ensure idle time is used effectively. * Manage the support staff member to ensure products are retrieved regularly and reprocessed immediately. * Guide the home delivery process (only in stores where it is available). **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience managing retail stores in a dynamic, high-demand environment. * Demonstrable leadership skills managing teams of at least 20 people and passion for talent development. * Experience managing high-volume, fast-turnover stores exceeding 1,000 m² in size. * Analytical ability, capacity to implement improvements, and deep understanding of market and fashion trends. * Resilience, proactivity, and motivation to embrace challenges in an expanding, high-demand environment. * Excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in spoken and written English is a strong plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary above collective bargaining agreement rates. * Development programs for your career within the company. * Exclusive benefits: purchase discounts for you and one family member, wellness programs, psychological support, and more. * Recognition of your tenure: celebrations and additional benefits at 3, 5, and 10 years. * 25 working days of vacation. * A global retail career path within one of the world’s largest retail companies. * An excellent work environment and the chance to be part of a unique project set to redefine retail in Spain. **Why Join Us Now?** Because this is your opportunity to play a leading role in TK Maxx’s launch in Spain and co-build a success story with us.
