What will be your mission? Perform core execution tasks related to laser cutting and sheet metal folding: feeding and preparing laser machines and folding machines, programming laser machines and folding machines. Main Responsibilities: * Perform machining operations, autonomously proposing technical solutions. * Plan and organize work phases according to production requirements. * Conduct self-quality control of completed work in accordance with established guidelines. * Resolve unexpected issues arising during the process methodically and proactively. * Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Methods, Warehouse, Assembly) to ensure material and tool availability and resolve incidents. * Maintain machines, fixtures, and tools in good condition and clean. * Comply at all times with established safety and hygiene regulations. * Adapt to additional tasks in exceptional situations involving workload imbalance. * Maximize the performance of machines and tools, considering material characteristics for machining, with productivity and quality as guiding criteria. Requirements: * Proven prior experience operating sheet metal folding machines. * Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings. * Experience with other machine-tool equipment is desirable. * Responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong teamwork capabilities.
