Job Application ID: 26710 Country: Spain Job Location: Parque Tecnológico, Building 300 Zamudio, Vizcaya / Bizkaia 48170 **TOOL ASSEMBLY AND MEASUREMENT OPERATOR (M/F/X)** **Job Objective:** ITP Aero is seeking to hire personnel for its Zamudio plant to perform tool assembly and measurement tasks for cutting tools used in the machining processes of aerospace components, ensuring compliance with the quality and precision standards required by the process. **Your Main Responsibilities:*** Assembling and disassembling cutting tools into their respective tool holders. * Tool presetting: measuring and adjusting lengths, diameters, and geometries using presetting equipment (Zoller). * Dimensional verification of tools and tolerance checks according to technical specifications. * Visual inspection of tool condition, identifying wear, breakage, or defects. * Preparing and supplying tools to assembly stations as per manufacturing orders (picking). * Managing the tool warehouse and organizing components. * Operating Zoller systems and tool clamping machines. * Performing preventive maintenance checks (TPM) on assigned equipment. Applying safety, order, and cleanliness criteria in the workplace. * **Who We Are Looking For:** **Education:** • FPII / Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in the metalworking field or equivalent. **Languages:** • Basic English proficiency. **Experience:** • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial assembly work, preferably in the aerospace or high-precision sectors. • Experience in manual assembly and measurement processes will be valued. **Technical Knowledge:** • Ability to interpret technical drawings. • Proficiency in using dimensional measurement and control instruments. **Soft Skills:** • Teamwork skills. • Attention to detail. • Capacity for continuous learning.
