Main Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth. * Acquire new accounts and manage commercial relationships with them. * Prepare quotations and track quotations sent to clients and prospects. * Negotiate and close deals with shipping lines. * Maintain consistent communication with the client portfolio. * Achieve service excellence. * Collaborate closely with various teams and participate in all phases of a project (commercial prospecting, quotation, negotiation, closing, and execution), providing comprehensive support to clients throughout the entire lifecycle of each assignment. * Keep CRM information up to date.
