We seek an individual with a creative, solution-oriented, and critical mindset, capable of contributing technical judgment in defining and developing solutions, and transforming ideas into technical solutions—working closely with clients and leading research teams, and actively participating in analyzing and validating developed solutions… **YOUR MISSION WILL BE:** You will join **mechanical design R&D projects**, participating throughout the entire development cycle—from **conceptualization to final validation** of innovative industrial solutions. Among other tasks, your daily responsibilities will include: * Contributing to the **conceptual definition** of mechanical systems and solutions, providing technical judgment in design decision-making. * Performing **mechanical analysis, calculations, and dynamic modeling** of mechatronic systems to size, justify, and understand the behavior of developed solutions. * Closely collaborating on **detailed design development**, providing technical support and ensuring consistency among concept, design, and functional requirements. * Participating in the **physical realization and experimental validation** of prototypes and developed solutions, including assembly, commissioning, testing, and result analysis. * Feeding back design improvements based on observed behavior, contributing to **solution enhancement**. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:** We seek a person committed to developing **mechanical engineering solutions**, interested in analyzing system behavior, and naturally oriented toward mechanical design, solution implementation, and working with real systems. This is a role strongly emphasizing teamwork and focused on developing high-value engineering solutions for industry. **Education:** Master’s or Higher Engineering Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related field. **Languages:** Proficiency in English is required; Basque language skills are considered a plus. **Experience:** Experience in the following areas is valued: * Multidisciplinary design (mechanics, dynamics, thermal, fluids, actuators/mechatronics). * Knowledge of materials and mechanical behavior of components and assemblies. * Design tools: PTC CREO, SolidWorks, or similar. * Calculation and simulation methods (NX Nastran, Ansys, or similar). * Programming in Python, Matlab, or similar. * Knowledge of design methodologies and product reliability. * It is not necessary to meet all the above points.
