You will be in charge of inspecting, repairing, and supervising the operation of equipment and installations, following the safety and quality protocols established by the company. Additionally, you will identify potential failures and coordinate necessary solutions with the management team. It is essential to have your own mobility (motorcycle or electric scooter) to move between the two hotels. We are looking for a person with experience in hotel facility maintenance or a similar position, with knowledge in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and carpentry. The ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve faults is essential, as well as being organized and proactive in managing daily maintenance tasks. A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills are fundamental. Experience in hospitality and working in multidisciplinary teams will be valued positively. **Requirements:** * Advanced/professional level of Spanish. * 2 \- 3 years of experience. * Availability to work shifts from 10:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. * Permanent contract. * Part-time schedule (20 hours). * Immediate availability. * Own mobility (motorcycle or electric scooter) or willingness to use a scooter provided by the company.
