Description

Location: Spain, Malaga **About TravelRefund** TravelRefund helps passengers across Europe claim compensation for delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights under EU Regulation 261/2004\. We handle the entire process on a *no cure, no pay* basis. From airline contact to legal proceedings when necessary. **In short: passengers travel, airlines mess up, we clean up.** We work internationally with legal partners across Europe and handle a high volume of cases every year. That means structure, responsibility, and real impact. **Your Role** As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for passengers throughout their case journey. Your job is to make complex legal processes feel simple, transparent, and trustworthy. You will: * Communicate with passengers, lawyers and the airlines * Via e\-mail, phone and chat * Provide clear updates for passengers on case status and next steps * Collect and review documentation related to flight disruptions, and evaluate the passengers cases * Ensure a high level of service, professionalism, and empathy * Work with multiple cases simultaneously without losing overview **What We’re Looking For** You don’t need to be a lawyer. You only need to be sharp, structured, and good with people.
