




Job Summary: We are seeking an Application Support and Continuous Improvement Intern to ensure daily business service delivery under the ITIL methodology and propose process improvements. We are looking for an Application Support and Continuous Improvement Intern to join our Support and Facilities team at our headquarters. Your Objective with Us You will learn how to ensure daily business service delivery by guaranteeing proper application management under the ITIL methodology. Additionally, you will play a key role in proposing and implementing process improvements to simplify everyday tasks for our users. What Will Be Your Main Learning Opportunities and Responsibilities? Code Optimization: You will participate in modifying applications to make them more robust and contribute creative solutions to real-world cases handled by the support team. Quality and Testing: You will perform tests on developments following our procedures to ensure incident-free implementation. Automation: You will implement automation to improve productivity and minimize service degradation time. Business Liaison: You will act as the liaison with business units to identify improvements in the digital product and manage critical events for the company. Knowledge Reference: You will receive training to thoroughly understand newly implemented features and validate proposed service procedures. We don’t expect you to know everything—we’re here to learn together! However, we would like you to have foundational knowledge in: Programming: Knowledge of Java and Scala, plus experience with version control using Git. Databases and Systems: Experience with Oracle databases (ability to create/maintain PL/SQL) and familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments. Architecture: Basic understanding of microservices architecture. Soft Skills: Above all, a positive attitude, proactivity, and strong eagerness to learn every day!
