You will gain hands-on experience in managing the online store DESCRIPTION **Start Date: September** #### **Under the supervision of the CRM Manager and the E-commerce Lead within the Digital Marketing team, the selected candidate will have a** **dual learning opportunity**: on one hand, they will receive training in planning, execution, and analysis of newsletters, as well as in monitoring the database and lead acquisition strategies; on the other hand, they will develop knowledge and practical experience in tasks related to online store management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and acquire practical skills in digital marketing, CRM strategies, and e-commerce platform management. **Training Plan** ------------------ **1\. CRM / Email Marketing** * You will collaborate in planning (scheduling, copywriting, translation, design, image and link selection, etc.) and executing the newsletter sent to the databases of 8 brands under Grupo Osborne (including prominent websites such as Cinco Jotas, Nordés, Bodegas Montecillo, Osborne, among others), using the SAP Emarsys email marketing platform. * You will learn how to create periodic performance reports for campaigns. * You will support the optimization of automated customer journeys. * You will participate in monitoring database health to enable segmentation and personalization of CRM campaign content. * You will collaborate in implementing lead acquisition strategies (e.g., planning and managing contests) as well as customer retention and loyalty initiatives. * You will be trained in supervising analytics and verifying data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) and Emarsys. * You will support the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns. **2\. Online Store Management** * You will learn how to optimize and design landing pages. * You will participate in competitor tracking. * You will collaborate in managing promotions, designing banners and promotional messages, and planning commercial activities on the website. **Job Requirements** ------------------------- #### **Knowledge and Education** * **Education**: Final-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, or E-commerce. * **Experience**: Prior professional experience is not required, but academic projects or internships related to digital marketing, CRM, or B2C/D2C e-commerce will be valued. * **Technical Skills**: * Email Marketing: Familiarity with executing email campaigns or using email marketing tools. * CRM: Basic understanding of customer segmentation strategies and campaign automation. * Data Analysis: Ability to interpret performance metrics and suggest improvements for marketing campaigns. * E-commerce: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially B2C or D2C models. * Design: Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools. Curiosity and hands-on experience with various AI applications. * **Languages**: Minimum B2 level in English; French is a plus. * **Other**: * Familiarity with the FMCG sector. * International experience is valued. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; advanced Excel skills are a plus. * Adaptability, proactivity, and organizational skills.
