Flexible working hours and optional remote work At **Blount S.A.**, a family-owned construction company, we are looking to welcome an experienced professional to our team to ensure the proper execution and supervision of renovation projects—both residential and commercial—in the province of Madrid. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review renovation projects and prepare customized budgets. * Manage and monitor construction sites until invoicing is completed. * Coordinate labor and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Education in architecture, interior design, or related fields. * Proficiency with computer software: Office, Presto, AutoCAD. * Personal vehicle and willingness to travel between job sites.
