If you enjoy understanding how business processes work, identifying issues before they impact users, and ensuring solutions meet expected quality standards, we want to meet you. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of technological solutions prior to production deployment, leading the planning, coordination, and execution of End\-to\-End (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for key company projects. Your work will be essential to ensure business processes function correctly from start to finish, minimizing risks and contributing to the success of our technology initiatives. **What You Will Do** * Design test scenarios and cases based on functional and business requirements. * Plan and coordinate E2E and UAT testing in collaboration with IT teams, Process Owners, and business users. * Execute and supervise functional, integration, and end\-to\-end tests on critical applications. * Analyze complex processes, data flows, and system integrations to ensure correct operation. * Manage the full defect lifecycle: identification, analysis, prioritization, tracking, retesting, and validation of solutions. * Identify risks that could compromise delivery quality and propose corrective actions. * Prepare progress reports, test results, and quality metrics for technical and business stakeholders. * Participate in continuous improvement of the company’s testing processes, standards, and methodologies. * Collaborate on strategic projects with direct impact on KRUK Spain’s technological evolution. **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum 4 years’ experience in QA and enterprise application testing. * Solid knowledge of functional, integration, E2E, and UAT testing. * Experience defining test scenarios based on business requirements. * Experience managing incidents and working collaboratively with business and technical teams. * Ability to analyze complex processes and identify quality risks. * Minimum English proficiency level B2\. * ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification is a plus. * Experience with Jira, Xray, TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent tools. * SQL knowledge for data validation is a plus. **What We Especially Value** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Critical thinking and quality orientation. * Coordination and communication skills with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to prioritize and make decisions in dynamic environments. * Proactivity, autonomy, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Alignment with KRUK values: respect, cooperation, responsibility, simplicity, and progress. **Why Join KRUK Spain?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Hybrid work model: up to 60% remote work per month. 100% remote during summer, Christmas, long weekends, and Easter week. * Flexible working hours (start time between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., end time from 4:30 p.m. onwards). * Intensive workday on Fridays. * 23 working days of vacation plus an additional day off for your birthday. * Complimentary private health insurance. * Monthly transportation allowance and remote-work support. *At KRUK Spain, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within our team.
