Commercial Area (Sales and Recruitment)** * Contact hot leads and potential students who have recently shown interest via phone. * Manage enrollment processes by explaining training programs, conditions, and competitive advantages. * Re-engage former students or recent dropouts to encourage re-enrollment. * Follow up with students who have taken exams, gathering feedback and overall impressions of results. * Apply sales scripts, identify objections, and use effective closing techniques. * Coordinate with the Marketing team on active campaigns and commercial messaging. * Accurately record information in the CRM and keep each lead's status updated. **2\. Student Support Area (Support and Retention)** * Respond to requests from active students: questions, technical issues, group changes, or modality adjustments. * Handle administrative requests and ensure prompt, professional resolution of cases. * Identify student needs and report improvement opportunities or potential dropouts to the Manager. * Guide students through renewal, continued training, or withdrawal processes. * Conduct follow-up calls to reinforce satisfaction and prevent dropouts. * Update records in the CRM or internal systems after every interaction. * Manage student material orders, create shipping labels, and submit requests to the print shop. * Monitor order status and address any delays or issues that arise. **3\.
