




Job Summary: We are seeking a Station Chef to manage a station in high-volume premium environments, combining technical skill, organization, and multicultural teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Manage your station and a team of 4–6 chefs in a multicultural environment 2. Ensure quality and presentation in buffets and bistronomic restaurants 3. Mentor and foster the growth of junior team members **Your Environment:** Premium all-inclusive resorts featuring multiple dining venues: buffets, plated service, live cooking stations, and festive events. High-volume kitchens (600–1,000 covers per service), where you can combine technical expertise, organization, and teamwork within a multicultural setting. **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage your station (hot, cold, or breakfast, depending on profile) and organize the workflow of a team of 4–6 chefs. * Handle ordering and stock management for your section. * Supervise buffet setup, presentation, and replenishment. * Ensure meticulous plating in both buffet and bistronomic restaurant settings, personalizing the guest experience. * Strictly uphold hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and brand standards. * Mentor and foster the growth of junior team members. * Contribute—through your attitude and professionalism—to creating memorable moments for guests. **You Are:** * A Station Chef with prior experience in this role (ideally in hotels, resorts, or high-turnover establishments). * Capable of handling large volumes without compromising quality or control. * Highly rigorous regarding hygiene, safety, and equipment care. * Organized, quick-thinking, and strongly team-oriented. * Internationally mobile and willing to reside at the resort. * English is an asset but not mandatory; ability to integrate into multicultural teams is especially valued. **What We Offer:** * Seasonal contract with an attractive salary * Accommodation included at the resort * Travel expenses covered * Meals included * Living in exceptional locations (mountains, seaside) * Working alongside international and multicultural teams * Access to resort facilities and activities * Ongoing training and rapid career progression opportunities * A unique, international professional experience Location: Various resorts across France (mountain, seaside, holiday destinations).
