**Are you interested in working with foreign youth?**
Our socio-laboral programs serve as a bridge to adulthood, enabling foreign adolescents to develop skills for real-life situations, strengthening their autonomy and enhancing their prospects for social and labor inclusion.
**We are seeking to hire a Social Educator to work at one of our minors' centers in Las Cabezas de San Juan, Seville.** We seek professionals with at least two years of demonstrable experience working with minors in minors’ centers, or an additional 300 hours of training in the social field, who are available for immediate incorporation and flexible working hours.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing individual socio-educational projects for minors.
* Developing specific projects based on the needs of minors.
* Conducting educational intervention activities with minors, acting as the responsible person for the holistic and comprehensive education of the group of minors under their care.
* Organizing daily life and ensuring appropriate coverage of the basic needs of minors accommodated at the center.
* Supporting and advising the residential resource’s educational team.
* Ensuring the participation of minors—according to their age and capacity—in the development and follow-up of their individual educational projects.
* Preparing all reports, documents, and records assigned by current regulations, as well as those requested by the Territorial Management’s technical team.

**Profile:**
*What do we expect from you?*
* Academic qualification compatible with the position: **University degree (Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s) in Social Education, or professional certification issued by the Official College of Social Educators.**
* **Certification confirming no final conviction for crimes against sexual freedom and integrity.**
* **At least two years of experience in minors’ protection or 300 hours of additional training in the social field.**
* Organizational and managerial skills.
* Flexible availability regarding working hours.
* Valid driver’s license.
