Your main responsibilities will include: * **3D Animation:** Creating fluid and precise 3D animations of equipment, objects, and environments for presentations and product launches. * **Rigging:** Building basic and functional rigs for objects, equipment, or elements requiring animation. * **Motion Graphics:** Creating 2D and 3D animated graphics and visual elements for audiovisual pieces and corporate content. * **AI-Based Optimization:** Using Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate processes, optimize workflows, and reduce production time without compromising final quality. * Close and efficient collaboration with colleagues in the area to implement animations into the engine or rendering pipeline. * **Storyboards:** Creating storyboards for the visual planning of audiovisual pieces. **We Are Looking For Candidates With:** * **Academic Background**: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Vocational Training in: 3D Animation and Visual Effects, 3D Design and Development, Digital Art, Audiovisual Production with specialization in animation, Multimedia and Digital Arts. * **Additional Training**: + Rigging, character animation, technical or industrial object animation, procedural design, or simulations. + Advanced motion graphics applied to 3D environments. + AI-based tools applied to animation, scene optimization, texturing, upscaling, or compositing. * **Preferred Qualifications**: + Unreal Engine for animation, Sequencer, and asset management. + Basic VFX (particles, fluids, dynamics). + Photorealistic rendering (V‑Ray, Corona). * **Professional Experience**: 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role within animation studios, audiovisual production companies, motion graphics studios, or industrial sector companies working with 3D animation. Prior experience working with animation pipelines, rendering workflows, real-time engine integrations, or professional audiovisual production.
