Job Summary: We are seeking an AI engineer to design, deploy, and automate processes using conversational agents, Azure AI, and LLMs in an AI-driven business environment. Key Highlights: 1. Design and deployment of conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. 2. Development of automations with Power Automate and Power Apps. 3. Working with Azure AI Services and modern LLMs. **Description:** ---------------- Can you imagine building agents that don’t just respond… but actually work, make decisions, and automate processes like mini-digital developers? Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Designing and deploying conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (yes, the ones that no longer just chat… they also execute). * Building serious automations with Power Automate and Power Apps (the kind that save real hours). * Developing custom plugins and connectors for Microsoft 365 Copilot (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint… all connected). * Working with Azure AI Services (OpenAI Service, AI Search, Bot Framework) as your primary toolkit. * Integrating agents with ServiceNow and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, or Datadog. * Diving into the “dark (and powerful) side” of modern AI: LangChain / LangGraph, CrewAI / AutoGen, multi-agent systems (yes, multiple agents collaborating with each other… like a mini digital team). * Experimenting with various LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini. * Exploring emerging standards such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) or A2A (Agent-to-Agent). What we value in you: * 4–5 years of software development experience. * At least 1 year of applied AI experience. * Architect mindset: you know when to use Microsoft technologies… and when to step outside the ecosystem. * Experience integrating systems, APIs, and complex workflows. * Ability to mentor junior profiles without becoming “the dark backend boss”.
