We are leaders in digital technology services, providing large\-scale technological solutions to some of the world's leading organizations. **What we look for?** We are currently looking for a **Data migration specialist** to join our Fintech team. **Location:** Madrid (Hybrid model: 3 days at the office) **Key Responsibilities:** * Database Analysis Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL. * Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses. * Generate migration reports * Transformation and Migration Design, develop, execute, and optimize end\-to\-end data migration solutions for CRM solutions. * Analyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications. * Perform detailed data mapping, transformation and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrity. * Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts to support extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data. **Mandatory requirements:** * Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects. * Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environments. * Experience with CRM systems in financial industries * Hands\-on experience working with large datasets and mission\-critical business systems. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Python * Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) **What can we offer?** * 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days! * Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances). * Flexible Benefits Program (Meals, Kindergarten, Transport, Online English Lessons, Health Care Plan…). * Free access to several training platforms. * Professional stability and career development plans. * Referral Program with attractive rewards. * The option to choose between 12 or 14 salary payments per year. * Real Work\-Life Balance measures (flexibility, remote work policy, compact working hours during summer, etc.). * UST Club Platform discounts and gym access discounts.
