We work with minors at risk of social exclusion who are under the guardianship of the Community of Madrid. Availability for rotating night shifts from Monday to Sunday is required. **Immediate incorporation is required.** **Full-time schedule:** **Week 1 working days: Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun** **Week 2 working days: Tue, Wed, Thu** Responsibilities: * Assist in implementing the center’s educational program and individualized plans for minors or young people, under the supervision of educators and in coordination with the rest of the educational team, performing auxiliary, complementary, and supportive tasks. * Carry out observation duties and record shift-related incidents through the established reporting channels. * Provide basic care and ensure the physical and psychological integration of minors and young people, alongside other center or program staff. * Prepare and complete all documentation deemed appropriate according to assigned responsibilities, and participate in developing specific projects based on the needs of minors and the activities of the center or program. * Meet the basic needs of minors within the residence and provide necessary accompaniments during the assigned shift. **Profile:** A Social Integration qualification is mandatory, as well as prior experience working with minors at risk of social exclusion.
