**Job Mission**

Ensure compliance with current occupational risk prevention regulations across all centers and parking facilities—particularly in the Southern Zone—while promoting a strong preventive culture aligned with Telpark’s corporate standards, thereby ensuring safe working environments for employees, customers, and suppliers.
**Main Responsibilities**

* Implement and supervise the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan.
* Conduct risk assessments at workplaces (parking facilities, offices, and branches).
* Plan and monitor preventive activities.
* Coordinate Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE) with suppliers and contractors.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures.
* Deliver training and information on occupational risk prevention to employees.
* Supervise compliance with safety measures at facilities (work at height, electrical hazards, maintenance, etc.).
* Coordinate with external Prevention Services and Mutual Insurance Companies.
* Prepare periodic monitoring reports and reporting to Management.
* Support internal and external audits related to safety and health.
* Promote awareness campaigns and foster a preventive culture.
**Requirements**

**Education:**
* University degree.
* Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Applied Psychosociology).
**Experience:**
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles.
* Experience in multi-site environments, maintenance, retail, or infrastructure management is desirable.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Current occupational risk prevention regulations.
* Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE).
* Accident investigation.
* Document management and CAE platforms.
* Basic knowledge of information security (policies, regulations, and security).
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
* Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
* Experience in integrated audits (occupational risk prevention, quality, and environment).
* Knowledge of Portuguese and occupational health and safety regulations.
* Sensitivity toward sustainability and continuous improvement.
