Join us and help the world’s leading organizations discover the value of technology and build a more sustainable and inclusive world. **What will be your role?** ---------------------- We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead technical and strategic architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem for an Insurance sector project (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, among other clouds). The candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supported by Capgemini’s Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE). **Your profile** ------------- More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and architecture. Proven experience with large national and international clients, with particular emphasis on projects in the insurance or financial services sectors. **Key areas of expertise:** End-to-end Salesforce solution architecture (multi-cloud) Data modeling, integration, and automation design Technical quality and technical debt management DevOps and agile methodologies applied to Salesforce Environment governance and release strategy Security, compliance, and data protection (PII, GDPR) Key responsibilities Solution Architecture Design Audit code quality from other technology vendors Propose DevOps environments and methodologies Audit code using PMD reports or other tools Coordinate promotions across environments Strategic leadership Identify opportunities for performance and functionality optimization Plan cleanup/decommissioning of obsolete elements (classes, fields, pages) Stay updated on Salesforce innovations (including AI/Agentforce) Technical quality management Salesforce multi-cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud minimum) solution architecture and design Solid experience in data modeling and integration design (APIs) Knowledge of development best practices, code quality, and technical reviews (e.g., PMD tool usage) Technical leadership capability and management of multidisciplinary teams Relevant Salesforce certifications aligned with scope (Architect / App Builder / Administrator, per cloud) Skills – Nice to Have Apex, JavaScript / Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud (integration, segmentation, Journey Builder) Knowledge of Personalization / Commerce Cloud Additional certifications: Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce AI Specialist/Associate, Marketing Cloud Consultant/Administrator, Salesforce DX.
