Experience in system integration within the public sector **Description:** ---------------- At eXperience IT Solutions, we are looking for a JAVA Programmer specialized in electronic administration, to develop and integrate electronic headquarters systems and interoperability solutions among public agencies, working remotely. You will participate in critical digital processing and inter-agency communication projects. **A professional with experience in system integration within the public sector, especially in electronic administration, interoperability, and digital services.** **Main Responsibilities** * Electronic Headquarters Development: Development of services for electronic headquarters and online administrative processing platforms. * Interoperability: Implementation of interoperability and inter-agency communication services. * Fullstack Development: Development of APIs and web services (REST / SOAP) using Java backend and frontend support/development (Angular). * Architecture and Quality: Development following MOTIV Architecture standards, ensuring code quality through unit testing. * Lifecycle Management: Version management and source code control using Git. * Maintenance: Evolution and enhancement of existing digital processing platforms. **Requirements:** --------------- * Solid experience with Java and Spring / Spring Boot. * Frontend: At least 2 years’ experience with Angular. * Communications: Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs (web services). * Databases: Technical experience with Oracle / SQL. * Tools: Regular use of Git for version control. **Key Knowledge (Highly Valued)** * We seek a candidate with experience or knowledge of tools within the electronic administration ecosystem: * Interoperability: RED SARA, interoperability services among agencies. * Identity and Signature: Electronic signature, @FIRMA, CL@VE. * Processing Systems: Electronic notifications (NOTIFIC@), GEISER or other processing systems. * Public Finance: Integration of electronic payments into public administration. **Valuable Certifications and Training** * Prior experience working with MOTIV Architecture. * Official certifications: OCA/OCP Java SE, Angular certifications, or accredited Spring Boot courses. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and public administration processes.
