We develop our own products and license their use. We are not a consultancy: we aim to build long-term value in our projects. **We offer**: * Permanent contract, with a probationary period, at an IT company in central Madrid. * Year-round intensive work schedule to facilitate personal and professional work-life balance. * Company-funded continuous training and private health insurance. * A collaborative and stable work environment, with a mature and experienced team. **Job Description:** * Backend development and maintenance of our products. * Collaboration in architectural and design decisions. * Writing clear, testable, and quality-oriented code. * Participation in continuous improvement cycles, including refactoring and designing new features. **Technologies and practices we use:** * Modern PHP (7/8\+), Symfony, Doctrine. * PostgreSQL as the primary database. * Object-Oriented patterns, SOLID principles, and TDD. * Proficiency with version control (Git). **Desirable (but not mandatory):** * Experience with BDD, Hexagonal Architecture. * Containerization tools: Docker. * Interest or experience in applying Artificial Intelligence to software development—e.g., programming assistants, code analysis, automation, or integrating AI capabilities into products. **We are looking for** A person passionate about software quality, product-oriented, and eager to grow within a technically demanding and stable environment. **Salary range negotiable based on experience.** Employment type: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 35 per week Work location: On-site
