Currently, we are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our CADI SAN JOSE LONGUERAS center located in Las Palmas, where the following responsibilities will be carried out: Conduct initial functional assessments of service users using standardized tests, in coordination with the rest of the team, and establish objectives within the Plan de Atención y Vida (PAyV) and the Plan de Atención Individual (PIA), where these activities will be recorded and tailored to each individual user. * Design occupational therapy treatment plans according to the individual objectives defined in each user's PAyV and PIA. * Plan group and individual therapeutic activities aimed at restoring, reinforcing, and improving the functional performance of service users. * Program areas related to self-care and activities of daily living, assessing users' ability to carry out everyday tasks and intervening when such abilities are compromised. * Work on rehabilitating sensorimotor, behavioral, cognitive, and psychosocial skills as required by the user. * Implement individualized guidelines for ADLs, as well as specific therapeutic instructions relevant to the care of the service user. * Develop annual occupational therapy activity schedules, both inside and outside the center, tailored to each user based on individual assessments and the center’s general programming, utilizing available resources including the use and management of the center's own transportation. * Assess and monitor the effectiveness of interventions and achievement of objectives. * Evaluate necessary environmental adaptations, as well as individual support elements and assistive devices each user may require. * Maintain an updated inventory of the center’s assistive devices and perform basic maintenance, collaborating with the functional supervisor (center director) in managing major repairs and acquisition of new equipment. * Support the rest of the team in matters specific to the occupational therapy discipline. * Collaborate with the center’s management to prepare various reports and summaries (transfer report, rehabilitation medical report, quarterly report, annual summary, etc.) Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy We offer: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00, plus one alternate Saturday per month. We are currently seeking a Caregiver to join our center located in Las Palmas, where the following duties would be performed: * Assist users in carrying out Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and actively participate in workshops and activities organized by the Social Integration Technician. * Request from the Social Worker any items related to clothing, hygiene supplies, etc., necessary for the user's well-being. Ensure that such clothing is in good condition and, if necessary, remove and deactivate it. * Conduct workshops and activities in the various environments of the center, following the instructions, guidance, and support provided by different technical staff (OT, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, SIT, TASOC, ...) * Perform personal hygiene and cleaning of ADL for residents who cannot care for themselves. * Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks in workshop classrooms after each activity, including cleaning cabinets, nightstands, wheelchairs, shower chairs, etc. * Conduct bladder re-education activities, diaper changes, and ensure residents' proper fluid intake throughout the day. * Distribute meals at dining tables according to each user's prescribed diet, feed residents who cannot eat independently, supervise self-feeding for those who can, and serve breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and/or dinners as directed by the competent technical staff in each area. * Record and report any warning signs exhibited by users (pain, diarrhea, fever, complaints, bleeding, difficulty walking, lethargy) to their supervisor and document them in a physical logbook for subsequent entry into Resiplus. In cases of medically significant incidents, notify the center's medical service orally and record the incident in the aforementioned physical logbook. * Prepare residents for outings from the center: assist with dressing, prepare diapers, additional underwear, wheelchair (if necessary), etc., upon receiving an outing notice from families/guardians or technical staff. * Assist highly dependent users in moving to therapies or activities they need to attend and respond to residents' needs to provide them comfort. * Report any defects or malfunctions detected in the center's facilities using the physical logbook designated for this purpose, so that the maintenance supervisor can subsequently review them. * Perform postural changes for residents as scheduled by the medical or nursing service.
