We are seeking a Construction/Production Manager (Building Projects) to lead and coordinate construction projects in the Madrid area. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling all on-site work, as well as managing the team and liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Main responsibilities: * Plan and organize construction execution according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Coordinate the technical team and various trades and subcontractors. * Ensure proper implementation of the project, measurements, and certifications. * Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Manage procurement, materials, and necessary resources. * Monitor the project’s financial performance and report progress status to management. * Maintain smooth communication with the technical management team, clients, and the contracting company. Requirements: * Technical education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager on building projects (residential, commercial, or similar). * Solid knowledge of planning, cost control, and construction management. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools (MS Project, Presto, AutoCAD, Office). * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate.
