**Description:** ---------------- Solinca, real estate company of the Pérez Moreno Group, is seeking a Junior Technical Architect to join its team. This role involves supporting the senior technician in land development management, administrative processing, and project monitoring throughout all stages of development projects, contributing to meeting deadlines, regulations, and the developer's quality standards. Responsibilities: Technical support and construction supervision: * Assist in managing soil studies, construction projects, and budget estimates * Monitor construction progress and supervise work. Identify minor issues and report them to the senior technician.
